This 2-session workshop is designed for individuals navigating the physical, emotional, and
psychological changes that come with menopause and andropause. Each 90-minute session
offers clear, compassionate guidance on what happens to the body and mind during this natural
life phase. With practical tools, shared experiences, and expert insight, participants learn how to
move through this transition with greater awareness, self-compassion, and even a sense of
renewal. The workshop can be attended online or in person, in Spanish or English.
